(Prema Racing press office release)
PREMA Racing is delighted to announce that Roman Kamyab will be joining the team starting with the second round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship at Vallelunga. He will be taking part in the remaining rounds of the series and will also compete in the E4 Championship to complement his main programme.
Born in 2010, Kamyab is a British national of Persian and British descent. He began racing professionally in 2019, building a strong international karting career. He collected multiple accolades, including wins and titles in the IAME Euro Series and IAME Final Games, and also competed across the Atlantic at the SKUSA SuperNationals.

More recently, he took part in the main WSK and FIA-sanctioned events, claiming multiple wins and top fives.
Moving to single-seater competition earlier this year, Kamyab contested the Formula Winter Series, posting a rookie podium and an overall points finish in Valencia. He has already joined PREMA Racing in testing, showing promise ahead of this weekend's race debut.
Stephen Mitas - Team Principal & CEO: "We are delighted to welcome Roman to PREMA. He has shown real promise throughout his karting career, and his first testing opportunity with the team was genuinely positive. We have a strong programme ahead of us together, and with the Italian F4 and E4 championships providing such a competitive environment, we are looking forward to seeing the progress Roman can make in terms of personal development and results."
Roman Kamyab: "I’m excited to start this journey with PREMA. After a couple of days testing with the team, I felt this was the right place to continue my single-seater career and had a really good feeling with the team. Thank you Stephen for this opportunity and for believing in me."
